Reviews
After getting several bids for our flooring project, it was an easy decision to go with Elevate Floors! Marco and Luiza were so professional and knowledgeable, and they actually cared about our project. We had old ruined carpet and a large amount of cracked travertine tile throughout, and I have never seen such a dedicated and hardworking team! Roger was incredible, as were Bruno and the others! We would not trust our flooring project with anyone else! Prompt, professional, and terrific humans to work with!
We had a great experience with Marco and Elevate Floors. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the beginning. He took the time to look carefully at our existing floors and explained why proper prep and leveling were important for making sure the new flooring would last. He was also very flexible with scheduling and kept us informed throughout the process. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to work with us on the project. We’re very happy we chose Elevate Floors and would definitely recommend Marco and his team!
Working with Elevate was a pleasure. They were punctual for appointments for the estimate and the work. The work quality was great as well as the price. Would work with them again if needed.
Great experience using Elevate floors. They were very responsive, showed up on time and completed the work quickly and everything looks great. Ran short on one piece and the installer was very patient while we ran and got the extra piece needed. Highly recommend.
Marco and his crew have now done two flooring projects for us and are starting a new one next week. From the initial consultation and throughout each project(one being taking out old carpet and installing new hardwood to match our existing floors, the other being replacing the bedroom carpeting) Marco and Luiza were both readily available to speak with at any time and had our best interests in mind. The quality of his crews work was impeccable and every member was professional and respectful of our space. They are also very reasonably priced and go out of their way to ensure your project turns out as you wish. I highly recommend Marco and Elevate Flooring to anyone looking to, welp, “elevate” their homes flooring aesthetic! 10/10. Photos are after. Before each of these rooms had very worn, dull carpet.
Made old wood floors look new. Good with communication and good value.
Elevate a great job with installing floors for one bedroom/workout space. Came right away after requesting a quote and communicated along the way - very responsive and professional. Would hire again.
I felt there punctuality was poor and communication was not good they worked very fast to move to another job or put you off to accommodate other projects not to mind your house is a mess and you want the project finished. I feel things was not explained well I got stairs redone I choose white I was not told I will need to hire a painter to paint the stairs if I knew that I would have choose something else. The flooring was great
We had a great experience with Marco and Roger! They were able to order the exact type of flooring we needed and get it installed in a timely manner! And it looks great! I would recommend them to any friends or neighbors who need their floors redone.
The only issue I had is we had to go an extra day. The floors look great. Teh crew was professional and efficient. I would use them again.
Did a great job and would hire again
Excellent to work with. Crew is considerate and talented
Great to work with, always very responsive with any questions that I had. We had them remove tile in the dining room and kitchen and lay down new floors in addition to refinishing hardwoods throughout the rest of the house. Would definitely use them again
I really love my new floors. They did an amazing job and were very professional through the whole process. Also they worked well with my crazy work schedule.
We recently had the pleasure of working with MP Flooring, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. They guided us through the selection process, helping us choose the perfect stain for our refinished floors that matched our style and budget.
Marco and his team did a wonderful job with installing our floors. Now we can enjoy our laundry room!
Marco and his team provided quality work at a reasonable price. I also increased the scope of the project halfway through, and they accommodated the request by working extra hours (not something I expected) outside of their normal hours to make sure I was taken care of and their other customer deadlines were still met. I was so impressed. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent work! Very reliable. Marco is a nice guy. Will definitely rehire him. Highly recommend. Very happy with his work.
Marco’s guys showed up on time, they were friendly and polite, and worked hard all day for two full days refinishing our floors. They look great! We have wanted to redo these floors for years. So glad we chose MP flooring.
