Every new installation includes Manual J calculations for accurate system sizing, plus ductwork inspection and testing so undersized or poorly designed ducts are addressed from the start. I received a letter in the mail from PSE stating that my new home did not have an emergency shut off valve and required immediate attention. I got a few quotes and decided to go with Elevated HVAC after receiving a fair price. Vince showed up for the appointment and after taking a look at my furnace found that I in fact have an emergency shut off valve! He could’ve left after that or worse lied and charged me anyways but Vince went the extra mile to turn on my heater to make sure it was working explaining how it all works and took the time to check my water heater to make sure the letter wasn’t referring to that. I really appreciated the extra mile Vince went and when I eventually need my furnace serviced I will absolutely call Elevated HVAC.
The contractor clearly knows their HVAC but the communication style was condescending and arrogant throughout. When I shared my budget I was told to “search Facebook for someone” and repeatedly lectured about not shopping on price. For a Bothell area contractor used to tech workers who pay without questioning, this attitude shows. I never got a site visit so I can’t comment on their actual work quality, but if you value being treated respectfully as a customer while spending $10,000+, look elsewhere. Plenty of quality contractors in the area who treat customers with respect.
Had great experience with the team. The response is quick and transparent. The team was also very patient and answered my questions while onsite. Price was also reasonable.
I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They responded to me very quickly and took the time to help me troubleshoot my mini-split issue over the phone instead of immediately trying to schedule a service call. They were patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find companies that are this responsive and genuinely willing to help. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and excellent customer service!
