*** Update **** Doug came back and put the fascia back on, sanded and stained the posts, and adjusted the one wonky post to be more flush with the top of the deck. It took a while for him to come back but he finished the job nicely. We hired Doug to make some modifications to our existing deck. At the initial visit, he pointed out that the fascia had the wrong type of screws and even texted me a specific note about it. When he returned to do the work, he removed the fascia and redid the posts—but said he ran out of time and forgot to bring the correct screws. He also spent a significant amount of time during both visits criticizing our builder and landscaper, which felt unprofessional. Doug told us he’d come back to fix a post that is now visibly off-center and to reattach the fascia. That was six weeks ago. Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times but haven’t been able to get a response, and the job remains unfinished.

Doug and his team did an amazing job! He fit us into his schedule quickly and the deck they built is beautiful. Every single team member is extremely detail oriented. We are very happy with our deck!
Doug did a great job with the installation of the indoor swing for us.
Excellent. Score of 10. Very pleasant and professional crew. Asked our opinion along the way! Made sure our requests were met. EXCEPTIONALLY BEAUTIFUL DECK. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Doug and his crew did a great job on our deck demo and rebuild. They showed up and got it done. Doug also had some great design ideas some of which we ended up using in our plans.
I couldn't be more pleased with Doug's work. He was professional, courteous, very fast, and finished even cheaper than his original estimate. I will absolutely be using him again in the future! Thanks, Doug!
Reasonable price and deck looks great
Doug with Elevated Structures was wonderful to work with! He was prompt with his bid and it was very reasonable. He was able to deal with the issues and quirks of our home and backyard. He also hauled everything away and helped with general cleanup in our backyard. Our dogs were very comfortable around him. We love the finished product! Our next door neighbor was impressed with his work and requested his info!
Doug was excellent to work with! Excellent work at a very fair price. From bid to finished work he was prompt, honest, easy to work with and delivered what he promised on time. I would highly recommend Elevated Structures.
