I did not end up hiring this company, so my review is based only on my experience during the estimate and communication process. Communication was generally good, but I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. Some of the information and terms seemed to change during the process, which made it difficult for me to feel confident moving forward.

Gheorghe reached out immediately to set up an appointment within a few days. The price was competitive and he was flexible to schedule the work around my travel schedule. The team that came out for the job were professional and punctual, and easy to communicate with. They stayed a little later than planned one day to get the job done on time. I’m very happy with how it came out and his team was a pleasure to work with with.
How often can you say that a renovation project ended up better than expected? That’s how we feel about working with Gheorghe of Elite Tile & Remodel and his team of incredible craftsman. I’m a DIYer, and thought about doing some of the work on my own. But seeing the results of the professional work that was done, I’m so glad I didn’t try. Gheorghe is fair, transparent, and just simply knows what he’s doing. We’re so excited we finally have our dream bathroom!
Super quick and efficient. Job was done professionally with attention to detail and cleanliness.
Thanks for the perfect refresh for my 2.5 bathrooms!! I love being in them every single day! Gheorghe and his team were easy to work with and Gheorghe was very responsive to any questions or issues. He was respectful of our budget needs and worked with me as I purchased most of the materials. He & his team finished everything in a timely manner and I absolutely love the result. Thanks again!!
They showed up on time, worked hard, were very knowledgeable and professional; responded quickly to my texts and calls, and stuck to their estimate. They also cleaned up nicely after their work. The job was to install a new bathtub surround and shower where there used to be laminate and no shower.
I had a fantastic experience with Elite Tile for my bathroom renovation! Their communication was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions. They were punctual every day, which we really appreciated, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The tile work was done flawlessly, and the finished bathroom looks incredible.
So happy with our final product and the experience with Elite Tile and Remodel.
I worked with Gheorghe and his teammate for a small backsplash project. Gheorghe quickly came on site to provide a reasonable estimate. Scheduling with them was easy and their work was done at remarkable speed and great quality overall. After the work was done, and I have put back the electrical outlet covers, I found out that there’s a small gap around one of the outlets, so I texted Gheorghe. He came back within a couple of days to correct the issues, which was great. Their work comes with 1 yr warranty. I would hire them again.
Gheorghe was fast to respond and able to fit my job in within a couple weeks. He was very careful about getting the correct color of caulk and grout, making multiple trips to Home Depot to make sure. I would hire Elite Tile again.
Gheorghe did a beautiful job with the tile replacement! He worked with our timelines and was very communicative. We enjoyed working with him
We had a toilet flange that was leaking. Gheorghe and Andrew replaced the cast iron fixture and did an excellent job replacing the surrounding tile.
I hired this contractor for a tile repair and installation project and I was very satisfied with their service. They were very courteous and professional, and they did a great job with the tile work. They also came the next day to fix a chipped tile that I noticed after they left, which I really appreciated. They were very careful with the heating element below the tiles. They were very honest and trustworthy, and they asked us to verify the work before sending the payment. They charged us a reasonable price and we were very happy with the result. I would definitely use them again for any future tile needs. BEFORE and AFTER PICTURES.
Gheorghe did great work on our kitchen backsplash. He was clear in his communication throughout the process, showed up on time and work efficiently. We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend him.
I had an excellent experience with Elite Tile. After some electrical work, I needed my backsplash tiles to me repaired. They were quick to respond to my message, gave me an reasonable estimate, and promptly completed the work. Expert Tile was able to come out the next day to do the project and did an great job. I can’t even tell where the original missing tiles used to be. On top of this, they were able to help me with an additional small project I hadn’t included in the original estimate. Very happy with the work and would love to use them again.
Gheorghe and his partner did a great job installing a ledger stone facade around our fireplace. He responds promptly and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Incredibly professional experience with Gheorghe. The price was very competitive & fair. His guys knew their stuff and did an incredible job on our drywall, shower tile, and bathroom tile. They also installed our shower door for us. They could have done everything but we want to do a bit of DIYing so they left the room unpainted at our request. We will be coming back for our next bathroom.
Gheorghe and his team did a great job on my bathroom floor. I would recommend him to anyone.
My shower had a leakage and water flowed from third floor to the ceiling on second floor. I contacted George end of July, he gave me a price and time estimation on Aug 3rd, his team started the project immediately on Aug 4th. His team helped me paint the ceiling and remodel the shower, it looks like new and I’m okay with the final result.
Gheorge and his partner did a fantastic job on our tile backsplash. They were able to start our project the day after I contacted them and finished the work in 3 days. I would highly recommend Elite Tile and Remodel.
