Contacting Elite Clean via Thumbtack was simple. Their responsiveness was swift. They asked clarifying questions and were honest. Once the technician arrived (he was punctual, early actually), he assessed the areas and gave me his recommendation. He was efficient and swift. The price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the service.

I highly recommend Eli, will definitely be a returning customer
First off want to say Eli was very responsive on here and had reach out to me based on my inquiry. He was on time, however the work that was done was very rushed and I’m not sure if he has the right equipment. I initially wanted to do steam and wash for my stairway and area rug. He came in and told me deep cleaning will be better since those are heavy traffic areas. I didn’t have any major stained or spills outside of foot traffic. I did my 3 level stair case and area rug but I see no difference. He was done in an hour and it seems pretty rush to me for deep cleaning. He’s professional in response and showing up but I’m unsure if the skills set.
Was skeptical about using thumbtac, but they provided straight forward pricing. Was honest about what they may or may not be able to do. Communicated effectively when he would show up to my rental property and was willing to work around my schedule. My floors has minor dirt and rust stains but with the deep water extraction they were able to get out the stains.
Did a great job with my carpets today. Definitely would recommend 10/10 service
Eli showed up early (after checking that it was alright to do so), did a phenomenal job. He was honest and thorough. I can’t believe how good they came out. Highly recommend. Here are the before and after—you can tell which is which!
Great work and completed in a timely fashion.
Eli from Elite Cleaning was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual! He gave an overview of the work he was performing, and even gave offered a free follow up cleaning should the odor return after his initial cleaning Did a great job and will be hiring again!
The tech did an amazing job! Worked quick and efficiently. Super nice and very professional. Already recommended them
The job was poor, not clean, with no differences, and overpriced. I cannot recommend this company.
