The food was super tasty, beautifully presented, and the entire setup was superb. Chef Mike was also incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We hired chef Mike to prepare a special dinner for Anny's 80th birthday, and the entire evening exceeded every expectation. The steaks were, without question, the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and truly restaurant quality. Every course was beautifully prepared and presented. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, were all the thoughtful details. The chef selected the perfect background music to create a warm atmosphere, provided personalized menus for each guest, added beautiful décor, and even took photos throughout the evening so we could simply relax and enjoy the celebration. It felt like having a five-star restaurant experience in our own home. Our family of four had an amazing evening, and Anny's 80th birthday couldn't have been more special. Menus with our graduate's photo; light music; exceptional presentation, taste and quality of the food; speedy cleanup; and so organized!! Every minute flowed as smooth as silk!! What a great choice - our experience could not have been better! Chef Mike’s culinary expertise was a work of art! The taste of every dish was incredible. Chef Mike is wonderful! He was able to come out to my client's house and do meal prep for the week with less than 24 hours' notice. He was able to use his culinary knowledge to create a menu without me asking for certain things. He truly went out of his way to get everything done. He is very responsive and picks up the phone at all hours of the day. The food looked presentable and tasted amazing!!
