I have worked with this compnany twice now and will continue to use them. They do a great job for a good value. I appreciate working with a company that actually seems like they care.
Ran me in circles for a total of 5 weeks with nothing done. I contacted them for a roof leak, with the hopes of working to eventually replace the entire roof. The first two weeks were spent rescheduling multiple appointments they missed with no follow up. They finally did show up to inspect, promising quotes “within a couple days.” A week later I checked in, only to receive a passive aggressive reply about how they’re a small business and need time. Two weeks later, still no response. No quotes, no explanation. I am well aware of the challenges facing small business owners, but this is inexcusable. Pursuing other services in the area and will not be back.

had an emergency plumbing issue late in the evening and called Elite Drain Solutions. Despite interrupting the serviceman’s time with his family, he responded quickly and arrived promptly. The level of professionalism and the quality of work were truly exceptional. He efficiently resolved the issue and ensured everything was in perfect working order. I truly appreciate his dedication and responsiveness, especially during after-hours. I will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to others!
Highly recommend Elite Drain Solutions! They came out to do an emergency plumbing repair on a Sunday and diagnosed the issue quickly. They have been easy to communicate with and have fair pricing. We will continue to use them in the future!
They were to install a kitchen faucet for us and check for other possible leaks today between 11-12. I never heard from them after calling them twice and texting three times. It is now almost 2pm. I will be hiring another company.
These guys are AMAZING! They finished in 5 minutes what I couldn't do in 2 days. Seriously folks, there's no better or reasonable plumbing service in SE Ohio. I'll never consider anyone else for plumbing issues!
During the storm on Jan 6th we had issues with our septic, called Elite, Nick arrived shortly after phone call. Even though we were under a level 3, he came and did the job. Would definitely recommend !!
I called Nick and Russ on a Friday afternoon about water in my basement under the furnace. I thought there was something wrong with the furnace. Nick and Russ came after their last appointment and worked from 5-9. They immediately recognized the problem was NOT the furnace, but a broken sump pump on the other side of the basement. (Where there was no water coming up) I peppered them with questions about the pipes, where they went, and how the sump pump empties into the main drain of the house. They patiently answered everything in laymen’s terms so I could understand it. Some companies would have left then, but they went out late at night bought a sump pump. And came back and installed it the same night. They also squeegeed the wet carpet and brought fans in to help it dry. I am so relieved they solved that stressful situation, even though it was 9:00 and they still had an hour to drive home. They were such ethical hardworking men. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Working with the guys was a great experience. They were highly professional, extremely responsive, and low-maintenance for me because they knew exactly what they were doing. I would def hire them again.
Nick was great to work with during the entire process. He was very responsive, communicated on everything, and did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue.
