Gist: I won’t suggest them at all. I hired them for the place we were moving out and the place we moving into. They came to the first house and mentioned they will only clean floor vents for the normal cleaning. I showed them the advertisement that says $199 for all vents and they said they won’t do it. It would be $450. I said no! This should have been my clue to not work with them but they called me later and said they can give me a better deal since I have two properties that need cleaning. Mind you I clean my ducts in the first house almost every year. They cleaned all the vents including my dryer vent and left for a higher price. My dryer is still complaining about it being clogged but I thought it should be a malfunction because the guys said he cleaned it. The second house since it was older and I couldn’t trust the previous owner, I requested a deep clean which was for $499. Later the technician opened the coil and said there is mold and suggested to install a UV light and I accepted. He said he cleaned the coil and got rid of the mold and cleaned all the ducts and I paid them close to $900 for the UV and duct deep cleaning!! Two days ago I moved into the house and I was setting up my bed and noticed the vent had dust and hanging stuff on it! I thought maybe he forgot to clean the vent cover but when I opened the vent I realized it was not cleaned. I haven’t had the chance to open all the ducts yet but since then I saw one more vent that had dirt on it from outside. When I see this I can’t trust he did a hood thorough job and need to hire someone else to make sure everything duct is clean. Now I think the dryer is also not cleaned properly that’s why it is still complaining!!! Waste of money and time!

their process to clean is not like a proper company. there is no negative air pressure vacuum. guy shows up with portable shop vac and felt a smaller than needed brush size. owners should invest in proper equipment. also name of company that should up does not match name on thumbtack. I really wish I went with another company, not a fault of technician as he worked and he really needed to be provided with better equipment.
They gave me an estimate of $89 (+$8/ft >10’) by phone based on a detailed conversation about my dryer vent cleaning via attic, as laddering onto roof not necessary. Confirmed pricing by text. Lead Tech came out promptly, took a look at my McLean address, and immediately said it would be $375 because he has to access via attic. I called the office and spoke to the guy who made the appointment who suddenly was unsure of the pricing. Lots of malarkey about how hard the job is, etc from the tech. Settled on $250 ($90+ 20 ft of duct.) He did the job and hopefully snaked out all the lint but with attempts to upsell replacing my “rotting pipes.” Tech wrote $275 on the ticket, insisted that’s what we agreed to, and that’s what I ended up paying. Don’t recommend unless you like to be bait and switched. Would have given one star but +1 as he seemed to know what he was doing and +2 for the entertainment value of being scammed by a NYer.
I truly appreciate everyone in this company. I needed my air ducts cleaned and I was promptly given estimate and a schedule for work to begin. They were persistent and I’m glad that they were. Mr. Eddie came to check the vents and informed us what was wrong. The price is unbeatable compared to literally every other company. I highly recommend this company !

Unfortunately when I sent a (non urgent) request to a few different options for service, this company called me 4+ times back to back in one afternoon.
Ike arrived and inspected my AC vents and ducts and told me they were clean and did not need to spend my money on them. Instead he pointed out an issue w my dryer vent that was not venting properly - he recommended addressing that instead and spent time explaining the whole dryer duct venting process to me. He ended up replacing the outdoor vent and repaired the internal ducts leading out to minimize kinks and improper angles. Appreciated his honesty for not charging me for work I didn’t need, and being a straight shooter
I really can’t speak to the value or the quality of work. My renter said that he had a big vacuum cleaner and he just put it up into one of the vents in the basement. I believe I was supposed to get some sort of deodorant in the package, that did not happen. Also, this is a rental property, so I wanted a receipt and any other comments made by the technician and I got neither, in fact I’ve been ghosted. I cannot get a receipt and I need that because this is a business expense. I’ve asked two times for a receipt. So the company is just OK. In my opinion I think there’s probably better ones out there so move on to the next.

The technician was scheduled between 11 AM – 2 PM but did not arrive until after 3:30. Communication was very poor—I had to rely on a third person (likely his boss) over the phone just to understand what he was saying. Their ad clearly stated that deep cleaning was included in the price, but after arriving, the technician insisted it wasn’t. Despite me showing him the ad, he still had to call his boss again to discuss. After wasting more than half a day going back and forth, my patience had run out. I would not hire them again.
