After several days, they finally provided me with a vague $9,000 quote without clearly explaining the scope of work or providing a detailed breakdown. On top of that, they added an additional 8% sales tax to the entire quote. This is the first time I’ve encountered a contractor charging sales tax on the full project cost. I decided not to move forward with the project, and I would not recommend this company.
