1 Star – Do NOT Use Elite Moving Company stole multiple items from me during my move. So far, I’ve discovered missing sneakers, my herringbone necklace, my air compressor, perfume, and other valuables—and I’m still unpacking and finding more missing items. After loading my belongings, the movers (including Lorenzo) asked to stop for a “drink.” They disappeared for 20–30 minutes, then later asked ME for a drink when they arrived—so they clearly didn’t stop for what they said. That’s when I believe my items were taken. They also broke the metal insert on the bedroom door and my baby gate and didn’t bother to tell me. I reported everything I’ve found so far with photos and sent a formal complaint. The owner, John, only sent $100 for one item and has ignored everything else. At this point, I feel disrespected, taken advantage of, and violated. Every day I unpack, I find something else missing of value. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Use at your own risk.
Kristi Pinto kjpinto8@gmail.com 303-669-3117 Elite moving I hired this company with the expectation that the process would be efficient, professional, and minimally stressful. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below these expectations. I specifically requested a packer; however, only two movers arrived on the scheduled day. Prior to their arrival, I had already packed and labeled the majority of my belongings, with the exception of the kitchen and a portion of my bedroom. All dresser and nightstand drawers had been emptied and packed, leaving only the closet and a few remaining items to be packed. Despite this, the entire move—relocating to another unit within the same apartment complex—took an unreasonable eight hours. I have moved 4-5 bedroom houses in far less time, making the extended duration completely unacceptable. Additionally, I was informed at the time of service that packing was not included in my original request, though it could be added. Once the packing began, the quality of the work was substandard. Boxes were packed without any labeling, food items were combined with cleaning products, and boxes I had clearly marked were placed in incorrect rooms. The process was disorganized, careless, and far from the professional service I expected. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Based on this interaction, I do not intend to use your company in Sincerely, Kristi Pinto
Best. Movers. Ever. I have moved A LOT and have plenty of experience working with people in this industry. I was blown away by the team’s professionalism, speed and care of my things. And their positive, respectful attitudes. I highly recommend this moving company!
This team got the job done quick and within 2hrs I had 1800 sq ft worth of stuff alittle condensed down. As long as your organized for grab and go and labeling your move should go as smooth as mine did. I’ll definitely use them in the future.
John and Jordan were extremely professional, on time and went above and beyond to make this moving experience look so easy! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to others that I know who may need this service.
I had the pleasure of working with Zo and Clyde for my move and they exceeded all expectations. They planned their route before moving any boxes or furniture to ensure they could move the items in an organized yet, efficient way. Despite dealing with the slowest elevator in Portsmouth, they were incredibly patient. They were especially quick with unloading and handled all items, especially those marked “glass,” with great care. Zo and Clyde were polite and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for a seamless and stress-free moving experience.
Fast and efficient movers. They worked extremely hard but took care with my items. I'd hire then again for my next move in the area. Highly recommend 👌🏾
Cleaners Advancement did an excellent job! Showed up on time and we’re professional from the start. My move went very well, they made moving easy. They were done in no time with everything in the exact shape as before it was touched, zero scuffs or damage! I would recommend these guys to anyone doing a local move. They will get it done 100%! Thanks Cleaners Advancement!
Overall, I feel like the value of the service was worth the money spent. The guys arrived on time and began working right away. They completed the job quickly and none of my furniture was damaged. I was a little confused about the mileage fees because I never heard of charging from where the truck was picked up. However, other moving companies had their own trucks. We had one issue with the guys leaving before my minimum time was up, but I really appreciated the resolution. I would recommend them and use them again, if needed.
