Communication was great! The work was amazing and accommodated all my needs and concerns! Great team!
Triston and his team removed a garden quote island from my front lawn parentheses remove the dirt and rocks and put down seed parentheses. They also removed all the Pineneedles from my garden beds. Removed the weeds and put down tarp and mulch. They trimmed back a couple of bushes under my front windows also. Everything looks beautiful. Price was reasonable and they got the job done quickly.
Work on his craft. Triston originally charged $2k to complete a front yard job of moving 3 original plants, replanting 4 new Boxwood plants, 5 paver stones, and adding mulch. After telling him that I do not believe that request warrants a $2k payout, Triston then dropped the price to $650. I agreed to that price. After the job was complete, I do not believe the quality of his work deserved $650 either! The plants that he moved, died. He and his team ripped up too much grass, so now there are patches in my yard of my beautiful new construction property. The barrier keeping the mulch contained won’t stay up…. And when I asked Triston if he was willing to come back out to (fix) certain errors, and he said that it would be an additional cost if he came back for my request. I refused. However, he completed the job (to the best of HIS ability) so I paid as agreed, but I would never hire Triston for any future landscaping projects.
Triston contacted me quickly after Thumbtack outreach. He was very professional, punctual and communicative. When he arrived to complete the lawn care he was thorough, tidy and did a great job on two properties for us! Glad to have him working for us!!
