Matt did an awesome job getting my floodlight hung and wired in. Nice guy, will definitely use him for other jobs in the future.

Matthew promise to come back Saturday September 10, 2026 to paint the ceiling to complete the bathroom remodel. However he did not return to finish touch ups and paint the ceiling that was agreed on in the contract. In addition, he left drywall patches on the outside of the bathroom door. Very disappointed that he mention he took another job and likely why he did not complete this project. He did not respond to text today as to his plans to complete the binding contract that he has not completed. Please see pic below. To add insult to injury he sent me this survey the same day he promised to return to complete the paint. How can I be happy when you don't complete the project. He did repair some previous bad work from previous work and was paid for the added items. However, it's hard to give a good review when you do 90% of the work and disappear and not complete the work with no communication.

If you’re looking for a handyman, look no further than. It is an amazing company. Workmanship value, and responsiveness is impeccable. I am a customer for life. I hired Matt for 2 more projects than need to be done by the next 2 months. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

These guys came through for me. My son and his roommates were home for the summer and none of us could make it back to Stilly soon enough to mow and the grass was getting crazy. They responded within minutes and got the job done within days...and much better than we could have. They were a big help. I highly recommend them.

This guy is worth the call, so don't hesitant, CALL!! He set up our portable AC Unit inside, and then, went out and fixed the outside pump for the central air we have. We were sweating dogs before he fixed everything. Thank God for Air Conditioning and thank goodness for Elite Pros. Very genial and professional.

was looking at replacing my sink, just needed to be re glazed. cost way less than a new sink, got it scheduled and completed in 4 days. He even fixed some tracks in a cabinet while we were waiting for the first coat of glaze to dry. 5/5.

It was great to work with Elite Pros! He was very responsive to my request, gave me all the info plus more when we met and was back out days later to install new electrical outlets in my garage and back of house, plus fix some. Great work and great value I felt like. I will work with him on some construction items like installing a new window in the near future. 🤗

We were absolutely thrilled with the installation of our Outdoor lighting/ Christmas lights! He was professional, friendly and efficient. We have received compliments from family and friends. We especially appreciated how he carefully handled everything, from installing the lighting to the final clean-up. The lights look perfect and have added so much festive cheer to our home. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again!

Mr. James was very knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and professional. He did above and beyond what was originally asked and came was well within budget. There were absolutely no surprise charges or fees, and the project was finished on time! He was great with answering questions and giving advice. My bathroom was completely remodeled from top to bottom. It feels sleek and clean and is exactly what I wanted!

The owner/operator of Elite Pros is technically competent in his primary tradecraft of Electrician. I am normally a DIY guy, but I didn't have the experience or confidence I needed to do this particular job on my own. Not only did Elite Pros perform the work on time and to spec, but he also fielded multiple of my requests for coaching on how to do certain tasks. Initially, I intended for Elite Pros to handle more of the work. However, instead of hoarding information, Elite Pros fielded multiple of my requests for guidance. As a result, I was able to do more of the manual labor and leave the technical work to Elite Pros. His willingness to coach, teach, and mentor me through my uncertainties saved me a considerable amount of money. As an experienced project manager, retired military officer, and with a background in construction -- I know what good contract work looks and feels like. This is not a fluff review: Elite Pros won't disappoint. I guarantee it!
