These guys should be ashamed of themselves. They are trying to pass of an AI scheduling system as a real person named “Dane” who will schedule appointments without confirming that their technicians are available. I received a call from Kayla, a manager from their Ventura office, who said the bot had made a huge mistake. I said that’s fine let’s schedule something over the phone. She assigned a plumber to come the next day 8-9am with a 15% discount for the AI fiasco, and the plumber was a no call no show. Total failure on their part.

They were amazing and did excellent work. They were genuine and honest. I Will hire them for any plumbing issues
Junior was amain our home. We just moved in and he came on the same day to clean all our drains. He was kind, explanatory, efficient, and professional. Will definitely use Elite again.
Ben was very courteous and professional and explained the value of fixing my garage door with brand new parts and offered a warranty.
Used this company in the past with success but had a no show for an appointment today. Realized they use an automated tool for assistance.
Randy fit me into his packed schedule, was respectful with my very upset roommate, and did an excellent job. I will definitely call them again!
Isaiah and Augie were both great to work with! Very responsive and patient with me as I dealt with a major sewer issue that required immediate attention. They got the issue fixed promptly, were very communicative, and worked with me to get finances / insurance in order without delays.
So far so good. The cheapest and respond quickly. They'll be out tomorrow.
tl;dr tech arrived late with short notice, failed to complete the job, left the worksite flooded with sludge, and left our kitchen sink trap loose enough to leak after he left. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Company said they’d arrive between 12-1, so I waited for my “20-30 mins away” heads up phone call as instructed. That phone call finally came at 1:18PM, and said the tech was 5 minutes out…fine, I was able to make the short notice of their late arrival work. This was only $79 to get my kitchen sink drain pipe opened up, thought it was a good deal. Guy arrives and clears out under the sink, takes apart the trap, snakes the pipe for a bit before saying it’s not going to work as the pipe has too much “FOG” which I’m told stands for Fat Oil Grease buildup. He says he can aqua jet it and clear it for around $480 something (I don’t remember the exact price). I give in, I need this fixed. We then proceed downstairs to open the drain’s cleanout in the basement. I ask if there’s any chance of water from the hose getting in the room as I have sensitive electronics near the window he’s running the hose through, he reassures me there’s no chance. He runs the aqua jet into the cleanout then goes back outside to turn on the spigot. Only a few seconds later filthy foul smelling brown liquid is pouring out of the cleanout down the wall and under the baseboards. I yell to him that “it’s flooding!” and run to get some towels to try and stop it from going everywhere. After he comes back down he remarks that this was the second time today that it’s flooded. What!? You didn’t think to warn me that this was possible after I asked you about water from this process before we started? Would have been great to clear all my gear from this wall and put down some towels to catch the sludge instead of now having foul smelling brown liquid hidden under my baseboards. And it gets better, after he left, not helping me to clean up anything other than lazily spraying some degreaser on the wall as I’m trying to mop up all the liquid, turns out not only did he not re attach the hose he had used, but also failed to reconnect our kitchen sink p trap properly. We only found out about the trap leaking from the water leak detector I had installed last weekend, so glad I was able to get that done before he came over! Could have been a lot worse
Last Friday, I called a plumber. They sent me a Hispanic man named Carlos. Our communication was in Spanish since I'm also Hispanic. The man diagnosed me for $249.99 and told me that if I hired the company, this cost would be deducted from the total bill. Carlos told me he needed to replace two new pump sensors, ejectors, and three new high-voltage fuses. He billed me for a total of $2,149.98. He told me that if I wanted the job, I would have to pay a 50% deposit that Friday. I paid him a $1,000 deposit. Carlos returned on Saturday at 9 am to "replace" the 3 new fuses. He went down to the basement to install the 3 new fuses. When he came up to the first floor, I asked him about the fuses he removed. He told me they were downstairs. Carlos went out to do “something” in his truck, so I went downstairs to look for the old fuses that I couldn’t find anywhere. When Carlos came back, he got out and removed the fuses that he had never replaced and gave them to me. He told me he would return on Monday to change the pump sensors. I told him I went down and couldn’t find the fuses anywhere. So I decided to cancel the job. Carlos got upset and told me it was no problem, that he would cancel the job for “X” reason and give me my $1,000 back. That same Saturday, I hired another plumber from the AquaMech company. The gentleman who was here tested the fuses, and they worked perfectly, and put them back in place. He is a witness that Carlos removed the fuses and gave them to me. Carlos never put the new fuses back in. What Carlos did to me is called fraud! He tried to scam me out of over $2,000 because the problem wasn't with the sensors either. I recommend that the company be very careful about who they hire! It's not fair that Carlos wanted to make me look stupid! I called the company to request a full refund, but they told me they would only refund me $750.00. This is very unfair. Carlos wasted my time and tricked me. This company has terrible service. Be very careful not to be scammed by Carlos.
Dennis came out & was very knowledgeable & communicative, & was able to resolve our issue in a timely manner. Will definitely use again
Responded to my request within an hour and completed the call shortly there after. Very thorough and good communication throughout.
I did not use Elite Rooter for this particular job but I appreciated that they responded immediately, sent out plumbers to evaluate the problem, and gave me a quote. It was just a bit more expensive than the plumber I chose. Having a response and plumbers onsite within an hour was very nice. It was also a free service call which is always appreciated. I will definitely reach out to Elite Rooter in the future.
My laundry room cold water valve was broken and they gave me a couple of options of how to proceed and took the time to help me locate my main water shut off.
The plumbers arrived and had my toilet unclogged in less than 15 minutes.
I had an urgent request for a leak and it was fixed within the hour. Highly recommended!
They were very responsive the night I had an issue and requested service. They showed up the next day. The technician was very friendly. Even though they were not able to fix my problem they gave me a full refund. I would still consider Elite Rooter again.
Confirmed but never showed. If we would have known we would have went with someone reliable.
I can’t say enough good things about Elite Rooter! We had a plumbing emergency on our sewer on a Friday night. They came out at 6pm to unclog it but found that something more serious was going on. They came back at 8am Saturday morning to scope the line and went to work! We had a collapsed sewer pipe, they excavated and had us up and running by noon Saturday! Less than 18 hours on a weekend! They were professional and communicated next steps. We can’t thank them enough!
Installed this item and ended up charging me $1700 for it. I attempted to work with them to find a resolution, but they were unresponsive. They offer quotes by stating “good, better, best” and you have no idea what brand of product you’re receiving and the person doing the installation, although pleasant, was not experienced or organized. Left a mess in my kitchen, water everywhere, dust everywhere, and charged 17x the cost of a $100 disposal. Told me it would be 2 hours at the most, ended up taking 4 due to multiple trips to Home Depot because of forgotten or misplaced items needed for the job. Stay away from these frauds.
