Job was to unclog a bathtub drain. Young technician was very professional and friendly. Technician came 2 hours past the scheduled consultation time without any notification that there would be a delay. Technician finished the job without complete knowledge of the root cause. Technician was successful in clearing up most of the blockage, however, a small amount of clogging remains. Overall, decent job but hard to justify requesting recurring jobs in the future. Would seek a more experienced and effective technician in the future.
Nate was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue with my shower head the same day.
Thank you for showing up and being punctual. To me that was important.
Absolutely phenomenal service. They were there in the blink of an eye, and Nate took care of everything. It was a difficult issue and I thought it would cost a fortune, but they are extremely reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to do it when I wasn’t home and kept me up-to-date during the entire service call. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They need to complete the job, they just change my cartridge on my shower and didn’t put the handle back on because of the stem was bad plus two broken screws on the plate against the wall, he only screw on screw back on and he told me to get new screws from Home Depot and replace it I paid a lot of money for him to change only the cartridge on my shower ☹️
Elite rooter tech Martin arrived as promised, the same day that I was requesting service even though it wasn't urgent. I had replaced some faucets in one of my bathrooms a year ago, and they were already leaking, plenty of hard water was damaging them too. I had a leak at my tub faucet too and due to all the corrosion, I knew that I needed a professional. I wanted everything replaced and I knew that it was going to be costly. I was able to purchase my own new faucets to save money there, so I went with higher quality ones, but they were still saving me money going that route. So, I had Martin came back after all the parts arrived and he worked professionally to get it all done. It comes with a two-year warranty, and no more leaks! I love how the invoice comes with pictures of before and after the job as well. I highly recommend this company, and Martin was friendly and professional.
Eric was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Job well done on replacing my outside spigots.
Kept me advised of their arrival, arrived on time, ready to work with appropriate equipment, got my clogged toilet cleared in minutes. Informed me of their special promo which I appreciated. Jonny Newman left his card at my request for future work. Great quality and value. J Wyler, Sun City West, AZ
If your insurance is not going to cover, do not reach out to them. They won't show up. They will not care for your business.
