My appointment to clear a clogged drain line under kitchen sink was confirmed for today. Apparently they called my phone to cancel the appointment but I didn't receive a call until 15 minutes before the time window they had promised for the plumber's arrival was about to expire. They didn't provide a reason why they had canceled today and they wanted to reschedule until Monday. Not acceptable! Very unprofessional!!!

The technician Diondre showed up on time and accessed the situation, he also laid out options, the pricing was fair and he explained everything clearly and completely. He was very polite and professional, great Job Diondre. My experience was really positive and Diondre was great.
Danny did a great job repairing our leaking outdoor spigot. Thank you.!
The technician was very professional, on time, and was very responsiveness. Stan did a great job 👏
Omar showed up within the hour to fix a broken spigot on the outside of our house. We were so thankful because we had to shut off the water to our entire home. Omar got the job done quickly and even patched the stucco around the repair. I’ll definitely be hiring him again for any other plumbing needs that come up in the future
Not impressed. I made an appointment with them for 1-2pm this afternoon. Not only did they not show up during the window they gave me, after I left a message for them in the Thumbtack app, someone from their company had the nerve to call me to say that the "scheduler had me scheduled for tomorrow," though I had the confirmation on the app and an email from them showing that I was scheduled me for today. That was a "low budget" move from Elite Rooter. Needless to say, I cancelled with them and went with a reputable company that actually showed up on time. Don't waste your time with them. All you'll get are excuses.
The guys were nice enough, but they didn't do the initial job well and were very questionable about the bid they submitted. At first, they tried to snake a slow draining shower/bathtub. That didn't unclog it. They proceeded to tell me my cast iron T drain to the sewer needed to be replaced for $1,800. They gave me a picture of the drain feom under the house and didn't charge me for trying to unclog it, which I thought was nice. I was in shock, so I booked two other plumbers to give me bids for what they said was the problem. The first company offered to snake the drain again but were trying to charge me $341 for a snake. The second plumber's bid was similar, but his pictures also showed much more of the underneath of the tub in question. There was an AWS sewer bypass one foot next to the T drain they neglected to tell me about. Instead, they led me to believe we needed to dig underneath to get to the main, cast iron sewer pipe beneath the house from within a small crawl space. This infuriated me. I had called a random female-owned plumber who gave me info to a drain specialist in my area. I immediately called the other plumber, and within one minute, I knew these plumbers were on it. They ended up coming out, talking to me like a customer, and not mansplaining what I needed to pay them to do, and then doing it for a reasonable price. They snaked it properly, fixed the clog, explained that I would probably need to replace them soon, be very careful of hair, but they didn't need to be replaced now, and definitely not for those ridiculous prices. I also found out from the tenant that after Elite guys snaked the line, the draining got 80% worse. To me, that doesn't come close to needing new pipes as the primary cause. It means you need to learn how to snake a pipe properly. These guys that poorly represented Elite were typical condescending pushy sales guys that even proved potentially unethical. I hope they look into who they have working for them, and I certainly hope they weren't owners or managerial. I reported this to a customer care representative who followed up, so it seems like they do care about quality. I'd keep a close eye on these guys and get second opinions. PHOTOS: Note that the close-up view was from Elite. It didn't show the larger AWS bypass pipe, while the second one from the second company did.
The worker they sent showed up 4 1/2 hours late; broke the plumbing piece and promised to come back first thing this morning. He did not show up then the dispatcher blamed it on the person who took my call at 6:50 am; so someone is either lying or incompetent. I am sorry to have to give this bad review but it has been a terrible inconvenience and now will be more expensive to clean up what was originally a simple project: to fix the sink stopper.
Thumbs down! Quickly sent a plumber but never showed up to install the tankless water heater. I have texted the technician several times, and left messages. No response! Finally I hired a handyman to do it, now problems, still no response to fix the poor installation!
They came out fix a clogged drain for. $75. Then found more repairs needed for $750. Which I did. Next day discovered laundry drain clogged which feeds into original clog. They came out saying it was a separate issue, then found another $1000+ in other needed repairs! When I told them I had another plumber that could make the repairs they hung up and left. Don’t use them! Should change their name to Bait and Switch Plumbing. these photos are one week later.
