They solicited me, booked the job, confirmed the time and then an hour later (booked for same-day mind you) someone wrote to me and said “sorry we don’t service your area” then I find out that it was actually their AI service that reached out to me and booked. Total waste of a day, I’m left with a clogged drain and lost time. Very upset and frustrated that Thumbtack is allowing business to utilize AI for outreach and booking through the site. Will use other booking services in the future to avoid similar issues.
My husband was not in town and i was not able check the water softner or the filter for RO. charged me $1000 to chnge salt and check why water pressure is low. they said they will check all faucet areators. They didnt do it. Instead they provided a solution costing 14k.

Reuben and his team from Elite Rooter were fantastic. They quickly assessed not only the problem that I called about, but several others as I asked them to inspect my drainage while they were here. In a matter of days, they re-piped my sewer line, fixed the slow running kitchen fitting and stopped leaking. While it was a bigger job than I anticipated when I first called them, they were thorough in explaining everything took pictures to show me what was happening and were professional punctual and did great quality work. I highly recommend them.

The technician quoted $289 to change a flapper. I had two toilets that needed the change. So total $578 - I ended up hiring another plumber. Previously, I had hired them to change the toilet fill valve which again was for $289. To other customers, please stay away from this. Nothing elite about them or their pricing.

What I valued the most about my experience was the Jesus’ integrity. Jesus pointed out aspects of the job I could do myself for small cost, and advised how to look after the plumbing of my home without costly plumbing work. The work Jesus did was extremely good. I strongly recommended this company. Based on my experience they are exceptionally honest and reputable.
