The "technician" Elite sent was a good guy. He did the snake rooting treatment which didn't open up our drains as I had hoped for. I immediately got a call from the "head guy" who quoted me a $1495 hydra pressure hose treatment which I said was too expensive and I hung up. He called back and offered it for $1295 and I told him again too expensive and hung up. I found 2 different plumbers that would do the hydra high pressure job for under $500...had a guy show up last night around 7:30pm...worked on my drain for 30-45 minutes...got the line opened and draining for a lot less $ than the Elite quote.

Pedro was the plumber who installed our new disposal and faucet. He was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. So far so good, but it has only been 1 day. Hopefully there will be no issues with his work.
Leo was my service tech and he was amazing. He worked very diligently and was extremely professional. He also gave me several options. I needed a broken outdoor faucet repaired, and he did a great job in fixing it! It’s obvious from his work why Leo is one of the best at his company and I would hire him again if I have a project that I needed him for.
They will ghost you, don’t even try with them. Trust me on this and move on to someone else reputable.
This company lives up to their reviews they first confirm my appointment yesterday and said they will be within the hour and then they called me and said they won’t be able to make and reschedule me for the next day then I received a call in the morning and said they won’t be able to make it until Monday. I would stay away from this company.
Our service plumber from Elite came out and efficiently unplugged our sink and checked out our garbage disposal. He also help place new lining down under my sink. Great job!

The Elite Rooter team responded almost instantly when I reached out about a drain blockage. They diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and then worked hard for nearly five days to reroute my kitchen and laundry drains around the corroded 60-year-old cast-iron pipe that had failed. They were professional, meticulous in their work, and put everything back the way it was when they were finished. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The work described was not actually completed, and it’s still pending. We have been dealing with them since Dec. 26th and till this day (2/23/23) the issues have not been resolved.. After contacting them repeatedly, we keep being told someone will look into it and follow up and still no resolution. The Division Manager Chris Latham was the person we dealt with from the start and he was not available thru most of the process, and when we tried contacting him with status for the job, he was not returning any calls nor had any form of communication with us. The work he described was not completed, and our house continues to get clogged. There was damage done to our shower with their machine while they tried unclogging it and Chris Latham took pictures of it, and apparently he has denied to the office that he did not take any footage and was not aware of any damages. I call again today, (as anyone would be), I was extremely frustrated and upset about all the back and forth, and having to re-explain myself again about the pending work, plumbing issues, damages to the shower, and the representative Manager Ashley hung up on me. I offered to give them access to all my Ring Cam Footage, messages, etc. as well as to come back to our home to see if for themselves and it seems as if they are covering up for the mess Chris Latham made. Our ONLY concern has been to get the work completed as originally described by Chris and getting the shower damages fixed. Here is just a few snapshots…Still having issues, and even with them offering Lifetime Warranty, it seems as if it’s only worded out to give peace of mind to us as customers knowing they won’t truly warranty their work. They were supposed to replace 30ft of the cast iron going to the main line, and you can see in the highlighted circle that they did not replace it completely and left most of it. We are hoping that the owner, or someone in upper Management reviews this and gets to the bottom it so no one else goes thru this type of experience. Our information is still on file, so hopefully this gets addressed and we can have someone contact us ASAP.
