Dane responded to my message very quickly, even though I submitted the request around 12:30 AM. He was still very responsive and helped schedule a technician appointment for the next day. Ruben, the technician, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Since my garbage disposal was working fine and was already sealed, he honestly advised me that there was no need to spend money on a replacement. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help rather than recommend an unnecessary repair. Both Dane and Ruben provided excellent service, and I highly recommend them!

Guy was incapable of fixing it. I had to go with other plumber.. they first said no fee if they don’t fix it and then they charged $29 service fee. I want my fees back. Never recommend them

This is the third project that I have elite doing for me. The kitchen sink was draining very slow. Two bathroom sinks were draining slow. The tech was able to clean out the two vaccines bathroom sinks so that they can flow easy. There was hair in the pipe and stuck in the drain, which caused for the slow drain the kitchen sink it seems there is a lot of grease and buildup over the years. They gave me a quote that I have to consider about replacing the pipe that leads out to the sewer as always, I’m looking for a better price for quality of service matters. What most thank you for keeping me updated and informed I look forward to working with you again.

They no showed for the appointment today. Appt was confirmed and they tried for 2 hours for their technician after the appointment time. Then they never contacted me after that. It was a waste of my morning waiting for me. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Super unprofessional.

They were supper fast! I had a clogged sink. I filled their form on the website and they contacted me in less than 15 minutes and sent someone to fix the issue. From the first message to fixing the clog it was less than 2 hours. They know what they are doing and they don’t waste your time. their price is reasonable.

The crew that did my last job cut an electrical wire to a water alarm system that will cost me $132 to fix, and left a bottle of urine under my house. The company so far has not replied though I have called at least 4 times. Unprofessional response to very unprofessional acts.
It just seemed expensive for simply cutting off 2 water pipes and not giving a more long range solution. Following through with finding the cartridge to actually fix the H and C controls would be very helpful.
