Reviews
Never connected. Because we had a family emergency and were gone many st of the day! Something very strange happened when we got home: there was a plumber waiting at the door who came in and did the preliminary work; someone from the same site who tried to make contact early in the day but had communicated directly, apparently competing for the same jobs. I was not happy with the arrangement but at least the preliminary work got done. Sorry for the person that was offered chalky schedules!!!
Excellent
Prompt Professional I was happy with Elite Rooter's work to find my leak.
Our project turned out to be very much larger than expected. Juan kept us informed each step. They worked around our schedule. Replaced sewer pipes with trenchless tubes
Your employees made a good faith effort to solve my problem. They proposed an alternative that was more than we can affored, but honest. They did not charge me because they did not solve my problem. That surprised me, and I was very appreciative. I would call you again.
Great job
