Reviews
A little rocky at first but incredible job! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Elite Rooter provided excellent service. The technician arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work with the preliminary inspection. Quote took 10 minutes and actual repair time took 45 minutes. He provided feedback how often I should replace the parts on my toilet. He was very professional in his performance of required tasks.
Elite Rooter scheduled an appointment, but there technician never showed up, nor did their office call me to advise there was a problem with the appointment.
Elite Rooter helped replace a drain pipe, stopper, and clean the drain all within an hour. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Fair pricing.
Great communication and service
Sergio & the team at Elite Rooter are a pleasure to work with. The communication was amazing. My job was completed quickly & efficiently. I’ll definitely be using them again!
Had a great experience they were on time and the work was done 👍 I highly recommend them
Juan was nice, but the drain is still stopped up this morning. When this happened to my last plumber returned and fixed it at no charge. Also their fee was $90 whether they used a snake or vacuum which is half of Elite's. I am looking for a plumber I can depend on regularly, who is honest and won't over charge me. When he said using the snake is going to cost you $186 I knew this was the wrong plumber. My last plumber would be $90. I miss them.😥 I am an 83 year old widow on fixed income so have to be careful.
Thank you
