I asked if he could install a wire Google door Camara and he said yes. But when he came to my house he made me go and exchange it to a ring which I didn’t want to and charged me &100 just to screw two holes on my door.
Richard was on time and very knowledgeable. I will surely be using him when the need arises in the future. I highly recommend him.
Hired to help with figuring out speaker system at a new to us home. He helped to problem solve and install what needed to be done. All done in timeline we were hoping for. Would hire again!
He arrived sooner than expected which I felt he respected my time and valued me as a customer. He arrived with booties so he didn’t mess up my floors. He did the job efficiently and took his time to mae sure it was done correctly. Good person to work with. I will definitely reach out. This was an emergency as my scheduled installer had to reschedule today for later in the week. I reached needing to get my TV mounted so I can watch my NBA playoff game. He came through in a clutch. I thoroughly impressed by his work.
I just built a new house and wanted someone with real skills and knowledge to install some wall and ceiling speakers and set up my A/V system. My system has two A/V receivers, nine speakers, one subwoofer, an XBox, Sonos Plus, and a programmable Harmony Elite remote. I was nervous about finding a competent person/company. No worries any more. Richard with Elite Tech Innovations was nothing less than awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of home theater, but also did fantastic work with his speaker installations. Perfect fit, zero mess, and really took his time. I would trust him for ANY home theater or A/V projects. He is now my go-to guy for sure. I'd give ten stars if I could. Can't recommend him enough! Thanks Richard for exceeding my expectations and setting up a system that blows us and our friends away!
I hired Richard to install in-ceiling speakers, and overall, the experience was positive. He arrived on time and came prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. There was an initial issue where one of the speaker cutouts was made slightly larger than the template size. While that could have been a concern, he took ownership of the mistake and made adjustments to ensure the speaker fit securely and looked clean. To his credit, the final result looked good and the speakers are working well. Overall, he was courteous, communicative, and got the job done with a solid end result. I’d consider hiring him again.
Elite Tech was professional, on time and did quality work. I will most definitely be referring the company to friends and hiring them again for future work.
