I actually never worked with you, but when I first sent out my project to inquire about estimates, you called over excessively the SAME day, leaving 10 voicemails. I felt bullied and hadn't even talked to anyone yet. Please consider respecting the time of those looking for a vendor and leave them reasonable time to return your calls.

I was interessiert in replacing the deck & railing with wood or composite. The rep was available to meet on at the house. My parter was educated about their company and insurance - what I have looked up before I scheduled the visit. My request about wood was ignored. Our interest to learn about trex composite was dismissed. We got some numbers: premium trex 39k, basic 10k, wood 9k. When I inquired on the different trex styles included in which price he didn’t answer and had no idea why the price is different. I received two quotes both without the railing. I will hire a team who actually knows what they are doing.

chill out with the corporate marketing. first interaction was all sales call, with the "what time can we get you scheduled" and THEN asking me what the problem was and what my address was and shit. don't try to hook me with your sales tactics, it won't work and it will piss me off. the 18 phone calls over the next couple days didn't make me any happier. I am dealing with a flea infestation and I need someone to show up with solution talk, not sales talk. as soon as sales and marketing showed up, I was out and moved on to the guy who led with "let's figure out your problem" instead of " let's land this sale"

It comes across as you’re dealing with an individual when they really have a company set up the guy that came out. Acted like he had no clue as to what needed to be done to repair our deck and told us it would be a minimum charge of $4000 even though I had sent them pictures prior to them coming out

i asked for a bid, and these guys will show up with a briefcase wanting to do a 90 minute infomercial in your house (lol). Im not sure if they know anything. The rep got nervous and rude when I told him I was collecting 4 bids. He wouldn't talk about my job, just that he wanted to do his infomercial presentation. Dont waste your time. Meanwhile, another team got my business!

The job was scheduled quickly, communication was constant, and the workers took great care in each step of their job. Already have other jobs in mind for the future.

The guy who showed up at my door gave me an offer of 5,000 dollars to fix one board on a deck. They would have put in a few hours of work and the deck is raised. The entire interaction was sketchy and gave scam vibes…that or the guy really thought I was a dumb, helpless female. I ended up going to EyeView and they did it for 950, it took them three hours. I would run from these people.

Mike, Eran and the entire crew were absolutely amazing and saved my skin! Previous contractor demolished the bathroom and then tripled the original estimate and said it would take an additional 3 weeks to complete the work. Mike came out and looked at mess and was very helpful & accommodating with the rushed timeline. I met Mike yesterday, the crew came out this morning and 8 hours later my bathroom was complete.
