David did an excellent job installing my smart toilet. He was professional, careful, and clearly knew what he was doing with both the plumbing and electrical setup. The installation looks clean and polished, the toilet is secure and properly aligned, and David made sure all of the smart features—including the bidet functions, heated seat, controls, and flushing—were working correctly before he left. He also kept the work area tidy throughout the job. I’d highly recommend David for a smart toilet installation

Dan was the first to call on the weekend and offered me advice to see if we can resolve the issue without further ado. A site visit was needed and Dan showed up on time and went to it. Tankless heaters are relatively complicated and vendor support will only talk to the licensed plumber. Dan patiently communicated with them to analyze, diagnose and on next steps while in the meantime performed the needed maintenance work. All is resolved now thanks to Dan.

Installed the toilet. Within first couple of usage, there was a leak by angle stop (which was installed by Daniel as well). I reached out to Daniel. He said he will come out the next day to fix it. Next day, stopped responding to text, phone, voice mails. Just absconded. Now I’m having another plumber come and fix the leak.
Daniel was able to assess the required work I needed from photos, arrived with everything necessary to do the work, advised on best practices for my water heater, and quickly and respectfully completed the job. I also passingly mentioned my drippy kitchen faucet. He identified that the issue was any easy fix and did it on the spot. I’ll be coming back to him for future plumbing work!
Dan was very good. The work involved descaling a tankless water heater. He came as planned and knew exactly what needed to be done. He explains what he would do and the rationale and logic and then completed the work. He tested everything before leaving to make sure everything worked fine. Good knowledge, positive attitude and gave us a few maintenance tips as well. I will use his services again
