Dan came over to my home to help get starlings that were inside my vent near my bathroom fan. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Overall, a very disappointing experience with this team. I had reached out for wasp nest removal and was initially quoted $199, During our conversation, the representative also offered quarterly service plan at 169, suggesting it would be the better option as it includes ongoing pest monitoring. Before committing, I explicitly asked whether the existing nest removal would be covered under the quarterly plan. The response I received was clear and unambiguous: "Absolutely. If you decided to do quarterly, the wasp removal is completely covered. Also, being on quarterly, if you notice a wasp nest before your next service, all you have to do is call us or send a text message and we'll send someone out as soon as possible to remove it at no extra cost." The following day, I received a contract charging 199 on top of 169 quarterly fee — directly contradicting what I had been told. When I raised this discrepancy and referenced our conversation, the representative flatly denied it and stated he would no longer like to work with me. I understand that miscommunications can happen in any business. However, how a company responds to and resolves those situations speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of acceptable standards.
Came out quickly to treat the problem with the ants that I had at my house. From my previous experience, after the treatment there will be a significant increase in ants pretty much immediately as they take the poison and transfer it to the queen. This time around it was not the case. The amount of ants didn’t increase and I get didn’t seem to care for the traps located in different places of the house. Additionally, the few ants that got in the trap never got out (which is an issue as in order to kill the colony the ants need to poison the queen). After few weeks I reached out to the company and communicated the issue that I was still dealing with the ants and that the amount of ants didn’t decrease at all. The company said to wait few more weeks. After 2 months of living with enormous amounts of ants I contacted the company saying that I want a refund for my service (which was more expensive in comparison to other companies). My request as denied. The company offered to come out again and treat the house. I refused as I found them unsuccessful treating for ants the first time. Eventually I called a different company that came out quickly, inspected the traps and told me that the traps were actually not properly used (there is a plastic flap that needs to be open in order for the ants to be able to get out, this flap wasn’t even open, not speaking about the solution that was solid hard). After treating the house with different company the ants were gone in few days. You make your own conclusions.
The team came out to inspect my house and found no signs of damage. I really appreciated that they gave me several options to consider without any forced sales or pressure. They didn't even charge a fee for the visit! Super friendly and professional!
