I had found Joe/Empire on thumbtack after wanting additional quotes for a water restoration issue. I had gotten NUMEROUS quotes from others and everyone was wanting to charge multiple thousands, blowing up the scope of work needed. Joe came in and told me exactly what needed to be done to correct the issue - no more/no less. He knew I was in a tight bind money wise as I just had another repair in the house that needed to be taken care of, and he was willing to work with me so that I could get the issue/repair taken care of. He sent me the scope of work/quote and once signed, he got right to work! Joe was VERY responsive and kept in constant contact with me, updating me as the project progressed, even including photos. Great person, great pricing, great quality. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team. Attaching 2 before and 2 after photos of the completed water restoration.

I had over 5 companies to come and do an estimate after we had a pipe burst and needed mold remediation to be done. I ended up having Empire restoration to do the job and could not be happier from beginning to end. I had an amazing experience of working with Joe and his team. Joe is incredibly patient and thorough in explaining each task that required attention. He took pictures at every stage of their work. They are meticulous at cleaning all the areas and making sure every inch is mold-free. Additionally, the communication with Joe was top notch, he responded my questions quickly throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend Empire restoration.
I appreciate that he didn’t charge me for a service I could have done myself. I also liked that he explained what my problem was in details and what the next step was. He told me honestly what he could or could not do. Will hire again.
I was very pleased with the work that was done. They did a great job very professional and very neat. Prior to the job the communication was exceptional and gave me great advice. I highly recommend if you need any restoration work do not go with any other company.
