Rikkardo was prompt, efficient, professional and got the job done sooner than expected. It took him 20 minutes. Our other bathroom installed by Lowe’s took 2 men 2 hours to complete. I was very pleased with Rikkardo.
I will stay away from this contractor. Their job was poor and had to hire another contractor to fix the issue. Just horrible experience!

Rikardo did a fantastic job and was a consummate professional in every sense. Arrived on time, did the job well, made sure i was happy, did not try to upcharge or upsell me on anything. He took care in the materials purchased, made sure everything worked as it was supposed to, and took the time to make sure i understood the jobs to be done. Can’t recommend highly enough. I’d give an extra star if I could!
From the moment Rikardo reached out to me to tell me he was available, he was in constant communication with me. He showed up on time, quickly found the pipe with the leak and quickly replaced it. He was knowledgeable, fast, and professional. He was transparent and top notch. He tested everything before leaving making sure the issue was fully resolved and cleaned up before leaving. I am very pleased with the results. If you ever need a plumber he’s your guy!
This was a very disappointing experience. I hired the pro to fix a leaking problem in my bathroom, but the leak was not resolved. The main reason I hired a professional was to have the problem properly addressed, and that did not happen. The finishing quality was also far below what I expected. The caulking was uneven, messy, and poorly applied, making the finished work look unprofessional. I paid for a service that did not resolve the original problem, and I was very dissatisfied with the overall quality of the workmanship. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pro.
Rikardo from Empire plumbing did a great job on fixing my leak in the ceiling. He did have to remove the drywall to get to the leak, but then it was repaired a couple of days later thank you so much.
He was on time and had patience with my Condo Board.
Denis knows his stuff. He was like my 6 or 7 call to just get an estimate on some repairs and kept it honest with me. Explained everything in detail and gave me great insight, while others were trying to over charge me for work. When I say overcharge, I mean OVERCHARGE and Denis gave me the real info. Came in fixed one issue, noticed another issue . . .proceeded to give me next steps for the next issue and resolved it all at a reasonable cost. Always shop around in my opinion but Denis did amazing work and I have shared his information with people in my circle to work with him over anyone else. Thank you guys again for the great work.
It was quick and good work, however no 5 star as they did not cleanup around installation and did not caulk around toilet bowl.
Didn’t hire them. Very hard to communicate with. Didn’t reply to text messages when they asked me to text them.

Their team promptly cleared and replaced the damaged exterior drain pipe, arrived on time, and completed the entire project as scheduled. They took the extra step of thoroughly verifying that all lines were flowing properly before finishing the job. I truly appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Empire Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.
To the point Rikardo did come on time Kept everything as clean as possible Job took 2.5 hours End product you can see in the pics Will contact again if i need other stuff to fix around.
Had an issue with my shower pipes. Rikardo responded quickly and efficiently. Work completed thoroughly within 24 hours, shower working good as new! If you’re having any plumbing issues I would recommend Rikardo!
Get out on the field and get the kitchen sink fixed in the same day…super fast and great work quality!
The estimate given was raised by $200 and this was done to my 82 year old mother. They have no shame!! Stay away!
