Incompetent, Inconsistent, and Completely Unprofessional If you are looking for a company that is hassle-free, reliable, and professional, do NOT hire Enchanted Holiday Lightscapes. This has been, without question, the worst service experience I have ever had with any company. Issue #1: The installation crew arrived three hours after my scheduled installation window with zero communication. They showed up when it was already dark to install roof lighting — an obvious display of poor planning and complete incompetence. Issue #2: After arriving late and working in the dark, the crew left the job incomplete despite the contracted scope of work. They left without saying a word, and the portion they did install was sloppy, uneven, and embarrassing. My home was left in total disarray. Issue #3: The next morning, I called to report the low-quality and incomplete installation. A representative told me the job “wasn’t finished,” yet no one communicated that to me the night before. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I was told the crew would return the following day — but it rained, so my home remained in that condition for yet another day. Issue #4: When the crew finally returned after the rain, they spent the entire day on the roof. Watching via my home camera, it was clear they were unskilled and unprepared. After working all day, they left and then returned again later that night — without notifying me or even knocking on the door. Issue #5: The next morning, I noticed mismatched bows on my porch and fewer than what was contracted (7 instead of 12), and the garland wasn’t as contracted. That evening, when the lights turned on, my house looked like a circus display — oversized bulbs on the roofline, repeated colors in multiple sections, and garland lighting installed so poorly I had to unplug it entirely. The representative suggested sending the crew out for a fourth time (sigh), but I declined. Clearly, the company was incapable and could not deliver on its promise. Issue #6: Enchanted Holiday Lightscapes failed to deliver the service I contracted and demonstrated zero professionalism, zero communication, and zero quality control. This company is, by far, the most disorganized and unprofessional service provider I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
