I have a degree in Community Education and received my training as a Certified Relationship Coach with Dr. Matt Townsend at the Townsend Relationship Center. I assist couples on a 1-on-1 basis and have also shared in group settings. I have found this approach to be the best way for couples to learn the skills they need for a healthy relationship. I show couples how to grow closer together, communicate more effectively, create more trust and understanding, and strengthen their relationships. Together you will learn how to get to the heart of important issues in your relationship, better understand your differences, love your partner the way they like to be loved, and how to stay committed to creating a lasting and healthy relationship.
