Edwin is very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly explained the problem, solution and associated cost. Made recommendations for additional electrical work that we agreed to. Will work with him in the future.
Work was good but I thought it was expensive. It’s possible my expectations were unrealistic
EPERMAR Electrical Services exceeded all of my expectations! Their team was highly professional from start to finish, demonstrating impressive knowledge and expertise in every aspect of the job. They took the time to explain the work and answered all of my questions, which really put my mind at ease. The quality of their work was outstanding—everything was done with precision and care. On top of that, they were incredibly responsive, showing up on time and completing the project efficiently. If you need dependable, skilled electricians, EPERMAR is the one to call!
I recently had 3 electric outlets repaired by Epermar electrical and I’m pleased with their service. They were prompt, arriving on time as scheduled. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. The repair was done efficiently, and the outlet works perfectly now. He also gave useful safety tips. The pricing was fair, and there was no hidden cost. Overall, a highly professional and satisfactory experience.
Edwin was punctual, very polite and knowledgeable. He explained things thoroughly and performed the work in a professional manner. I will definitely use again if needed and recommend others do as well.
Great service, on-time and professional. Highly recommend!
The job was finished properly but Elias tried to jack up the initial estimate more than 300%, without significant changes in labor or parts. We settled on 200%, still on the high side. Beware future customers: question every attempt to change costs.
This guy is the truth! Should've paid him first and saved me the heartache in the long run. Super professional guys that you can count on to get the job done. I highly recommend them!
Edwin did an excellent job installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet (without existing wire) for my new Tesla. I requested a quote and he responded within minutes and was able to complete the job the next day. Compared to other prices noted on the Tesla model Y Facebook group, his price was fair and reasonable. He also recommended a whole house surge protector to protect my new investment and other sensitive electronics in my home. I accepted his offer and am now realizing a surge protector was an excellent idea. He completed the work timely, cleaned up the job site, and only needed to make a few small holes in my garage to install almost 50 feet of wiring needed for the outlet. Overall, I'm very happy with the service received.
