Communication! I’ve been trying to reach out to your company to have someone come by and give me an estimate for a project. Last week Tuesday,Secretary stated to me that someone would reach out to me,nobody did. I called again and made arrangements for someone to come by on Thursday at 4p,they called me at 4:22p stating that they will unable to make it,so we made an arrangement for friday at 4p,nobody called and nobody showed. It is now Wednesday of the following week,no show no call! It is very telling to my wife and I about this company. We are the customers paying for services,is this how business is done today?!

Just by texting with this company you could feel the bad vibe .. I went with a different company..
installed pavers quick and communicative! Worked with Sara who was there and tentative of the work quality.
Great work they built our sea wall and a beautiful fence quickly.
Carlos came out a few times with different contractors that handle the various task for our job. That was only after I kept reaching out for updates. He’s gone cold again. Never received the full estimate. We decided to move on.
Fast and direct communication, they attended to us promptly, impeccable work, meticulous, clean, quiet! Fair price! I highly recommend them and from today on they will definitely take care of my garden!
Excellent job for a respectable price. We added some palms and shrubs, plus new rock. Andres was very communicative, responsive, and polite. He made very good plant recommendations as well.
The process was easy. The team was professional and the results were great. I would definitely recommend them
Andres and Epic did an excellent job cleaning, preparing, and planting sod as agreed. Awesome job.
These guys did a great job. They arrived on time wearing clean Epic Landscaping shirts and were very neat and efficient. I had a concrete generator pad poured in place and it came out perfect, They cleaned up afterwards and there was no trace of any debris.
