Very pleased with the installation. The installers were polite and professional and cleaned up before they left. The Radon levels were in the high teens and sometimes over 20. Within 24 hours the levels had dropped to less than 4 and now are below 0.09 and it hasn't even been 2 days. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everything was wonderful, from the initial phone call. They provide great customer service, and they were able to come install my mitigation system just two days later. The tech that came out was very friendly, professional, and quick! He walked me through everything so I understood how it works.

The true proof will be the measure of radon reduction over time (2 weeks to see results). However, process and procedure were quite well done. Asked for Epic recommended fan upgrade but it was not available at this time. Indicated they would install larger fan, if needed, with no additional labor charges. That should be workable.

Scheduling was easy, customer service was good, and our radon system looks great. Pretty seamless, although they do contract out to an electrician to make the final electrical changes but he wasn’t hard to work with.
