Reviews
Epic made our tub look brand new! They were very informative of the process & of the after care. We had no idea this was even an option for the cracks in our tub & were happy to learn the tub didn’t have to be replaced. We are VERY happy with the job done at an affordable price.
Make sure you read all the fine print and then you'll realize that the finish does not last to any sort of normal use and the requirements for keeping the finish prestine are too high. Stuff like no adhesives, no mats, no scratching, etc. They blamed the painters for finish coming off but it's clear from their original photos that the job wasn't clean at the sides of the tub anyways. We ended up spending $9k to replace the tub. The money spent on the refinishing was basically worthless.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks and they are VERY unresponsive and unprofessional. I asked if we can work on dropping some costs politely and got BLOCKED.
They were very fast in response. Like the result.
