HVAC operation and airflow Leak detection, plumbing fixtures, and water heater condition Electrical outlets, switches, GFCIs, and panel verification (3) Interior Condition & Tenant Impact Clear documentation of property condition. Floors, walls, ceilings, carpets, and moisture indicators Doors, locks, windows, and interior hardware Functional testing of major appliances (4) Liability, Safety & Lease Observations Reducing risk for remote owners. Smoke and CO detectors, handrails, lighting, and fire safety Notes on visible lease compliance concerns (pets, smoking, occupancy) What You Receive You’ll receive a digital photo report with a prioritized Action List, giving you a clear, objective snapshot of your property’s condition—without needing to be local.
