ER CONSTRUCTION INC.

We have used ER construction for 2 projects so far. On foundation work which was extensive and they did an awesome job. Their pricing, while not the lowest bid, was competitive. Rick’s knowledge and experience convinced us to use them. On our second project we were equally satisfied. His employees’ attention to detail, and craftsmanship were great! One important thing to mention is that they came prepared with all the materials and finished both jobs well ahead of schedule. I have and will recommend Rick’s company to friends.

This is by far the best framing crew I have worked with on any of my projects. Not only did they follow the plans exactly, they treated my site with respect. They left it clean everyday and made accommodations for my clients living in the home. They will be my go-to crew for future projects. Joe Wetzel General Contractor

We hired ER Construction to replace the siding on our garage and install new windows, side door, and garage door. Enrique's crew did a fantastic job! It looks like a brand new building. The workers arrived promptly each morning and worked hard all day. The price was quite reasonable. We are very pleased with the finished project and would definitely recommend ER Construction.

I wanted to note I am just starting to work with E R Construction. Too early to ask for my feedback.

Enrique manages a crew of guys on spot projects while he works independently, and regularly checks on his crew. The guys worked adding siding, flashing, and caulking to an upper story of our home above an aluminum roof, before the rainy season. A specialist handled caulking of skylights. The guys wore special soles that allowed work on aluminum, and got the job done within the budget and time we had.

Did a great job with a complicated siding project. Rick was excellent in keeping me in the loop on all phases on the project. Straight-forward, easy to work with and he takes great pride in his work. Would hire him/his company again in a second.

We are just beginning a full renovation of a manufactured home down to the studs and a shed/ office in the driveway. Nice guy and he seems like a perfectionist - time will tell but so far so good.

Job: replace cross beams under deck, replace foundational post that supports the garage, and fill gap in the corner of the roof to keep critters out. ER Construction came right away to do the job and provided the best solution economically. ER could stand for EXPRESS, RELIABLE! I would definitely call these guys to do more construction work in the future. Highly recommended.
