ER Constructions was professional and attentive to every detail throughout the entire project. Their team was always available and ready to help resolve the unexpected issues that typically arise during construction. They kept us informed and offered practical solutions. The project was completed on time and within budget, with outstanding quality. I highly recommend them.
Terrific!!! Quick to respond, arrived on time, trustworthy. I’d reach out again for other jobs.
He responded quickly and arrived on time the following day. He gave us a great quote for toilet repairs and what could go wrong with two future parts. Definitely recommend his services
Given the nature of the work done at my house, a total bathroom replacement, I waited a number of weeks to submit my review so that I would have an opportunity to determine if there were any issues. I'm happy to report nothing has come up, and I can totally recommend the work performed by ER Plumbers. As Elcar told me, he's a plumber at heart, and while doing a great job on my bathroom replacement, he also solved several plumbing problems related to the work others had previously performed. My bathroom is now everything I had hoped it would be, and I look forward to working with ER in the future.
Elcar was highly recommended to us by several friends. We couldn’t be any more pleased with the outcome of each job completed. We reached out to Elcar and heard back from him immediately, he was at our house the following morning for a free quote on a couple of jobs we had. Elcar provided us with details of what each job would require with options that we had. Elcar was thorough, professional, and the price was right for the quality of work her performed. We have decided to use him for all of our plumbing needs for our primary and rental home. Thank you Elcar for your great customer service!
Very dsappointing. Did not fix my clog. Was told it would be $1500 or more to fix my issue. Left the house in a mess and left the front gate open. Called another plumber and got it fixed for $135.00.
Elcar was amazing, friendly, polite and a joy to work with. His prices were reasonable. I would call him again.
He showed up on time, gave a detailed estimate, and performed the work in record time. I actually asked for his business card to hand out to people in need of a great plumber.
the pro who came out to our home was very responsive, professional, and has done a great job!
I received a quick response. He was on-time. Took the time to answer my questions and even drew a diagram for me explaining how the plumbing system works. My problem was fixed and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again.
I think I did this already but he was very nice and took time to explain what happened with the damaged part.
Dissatisfied in workmanship, tub and shower reglazing. We are left with a surface that is as rough as sandpaper! Inconsistant finish on tub and separate shower ranges from glossy in spots, to orange peel texture to totally flat surface. II areas can still see original tub finish. Instead of sealing a slight drip from faucet, he allowed it to drip on the freshly reglazed surface, again poor workmanship. When told we were not satisfied in quality of work, owner stated he sprayed it 5 times and ask for the payment...$1,100. We definitely did not get the finish we were promised from this contractor.
Great response and great service
Did an awesome job, i received an immediate response and he was scheduled within 2 hours, unfortunately the decision was made to get a price to tile the shower prior to the repair. Once it was verified the tile was going to be too expensive ER was notified and quickly made the repair. I will definitely use them again
Elcar was fantastic to work with on my project. He was responsive, punctual, explained everything that was needed and performed high quality work. He provided a fair estimate which was lower than the big names with their high overhead. He did not charge for the initial consultation unlike his competitor’s who charge up to $125 just to roll their truck. I will be using him again for any plumbing needs and I recommend him for your project.
Be more cordial and polite. Introduce themselves when they enter a customer's house. Explain to customer the cost and why. Be courteous and wish the customer a good day when leaving.
Elcar was great! I was stressed out with an emergency leak. He responded right away and arrived within the hour. Elcar 's assessment and knowledgeable explanation put me at ease and he resolved the issue in a very timely manner. Thank you so much! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling when I have any future plumbing concerns.
I give ER Plumbers more than 5 -Stars! Mr. Elacar is the BEST! His work is top notch! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything prior to starting his work; during and after completion of his work. I’m very pleased with Elacar’s work performance. My toilet is like brand new. I’ve had plumbers to check my toilet before and they did absolutely nothing. Elacar knows his craft! Folks, if you’re looking for an excellent plumber, choose ER Plumbers! You will be glad that you did!
Thank you so much. Nice work!
