The virtual consultation and quote request was so easy!
Their price was very competitive, the quality of the work was excellent and the communication with the estimator and project manager was superb.
I had a great experience with Mel and that was just from a video call! Excellent customer service, quick and answered all my questions and concerns!
Unfortunately, Ergeon doesn't remove current toppers. New installs only. Unable to do the work we need done.
Scheduled a on site consultation and had an appointment for Sunday at 10am. They were a no show, no call, no text, no email. A waste of my Sunday morning.
Waste of time! Unfortunately they’re not good at time management. Their project manager didn’t show up for first appointment. I called them and they said there was a problem and sorry and this and that!! So they changed the project manager, he showed up on time but I waited for about 2 weeks to get the actual quote. Again no one sent me the quote and no one answered my texts. So I had to call and cancel everything. So, don’t waste your time and look for someone else.
Mario and Rey did a great job coordinating the installation and invoice. The crew worked so hard to perfect our yard. Thank you so much. We may contact later for a different project.
Adrian was great, informative and a pleasure to work with so far.
Wow. Just kept receiving the same form response. 4 times! If you can't be bothered to follow up on an inquiry, why even be on thumbtack?
