9/2 reached out to this company about partial replacement of fence. We needed this done to put house on market. Ergeon told us We needed to get survey to them. 9/24 Ergeon submitted our survey. 10/22 Ergeon tells us we need additional info for city to grant permit. 10/22 husband called city to ask why it took so long to tell us about the need for additional info. 10/22 Gentleman from city informs my husband they let Eregon know on 9/25 what info was needed for permit. Meanwhile when I would reach out to Eregon about the permit progress they blamed it on the city. “We’ll reach out as soon as we hear from the city”. RIDICULOUS to keep people on the horn like this. We could’ve had another company install the fence by now. Watch out folks, this company will string you along with falsehoods so you won’t go anywhere else. Buyer beware F-

After sending me atleast 3 reminders of when our scheduled appointment was going to be, they never contacted me. After contacting them they said the rep was busy and would call me back, which ended up being over 2 hours later. Bad customer service.
