My appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm. I was notified about 2:15 they were running late would arriving 3:40. They arrived at 4:00pm. I had to change plans. The 2 assembled the recliner. Within 30 minutes after they left the stopped reclining. I contacted them. He said he could come back within 1 hour. It was 1 hour and 50 minutes before he got back to my house. He checked the recliner advised me it must be problem with the manufacturer nothing he could do. That’s not my issue it’s them not being. Punctual. Respect for a person time is very important. I sorry I can’t give 5 stars

Very happy with the result!
He came to my apartment to install a door closer, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the installation and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Very reliable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of work!
Ernest provided not only a professional service; he was kind, responsive, astute, knowledgeable, and willing to go way above and beyond. We will be hiring Ernest many times to come. HIRE ERNEST - HE IS THE BEST!!!
Nice job
A professional does not paint over light switch cover . Did not tape off properly. Had to complete job myself . To his credit he did dismantle vanity, mirror, and light fixture.
Ernest was very good and professional he had what we requested installed very quickly.
Ernest took on many tasks for us and was a consummate professional! He put us in his schedule on the day that we needed, arrived on time, and stayed until all jobs for the day were completed! He removed our old mailbox, stained our mailbox post and installed a new mailbox for us! It looks terrific!! He cleaned/prepped and then stained the staircase in our garage and did a wonderful job on it! Everything he did he did with care, effort and professionalism. We will absolutely use Ernest again for any handyman jobs that arise for us. Highly recommend him! 5 stars!!

Ernest came to take care of our bathroom and a few odd jobs around our home. He replaced sheetrock, painted our bathroom, installed handicap rails and did a great job! He was punctual, polite and I would definitely use him again.
Ernest spent hours working tirelessly to install curtain hooks into the ceiling for 3 of my large windows despite going out for a new drill bit. He came early and did an excellent job with all the measurements. He was very professional, punctual & even cleaned up all the dust left behind. I highly recommend and will be booking him again .
Earnest and his coworker helped me install the backboard of a basketball hoop. They care about what they do and I am happy about the work they delivered. Thanks
