Went way beyond estimate to install 4 doors which were already trimmed but required minor alteration. Lesson learnt.

I had a very disappointing experience with this handyman. He was supposed to arrive at 9am but never showed up. I waited until 9:30 and called to ask where he was. As soon as I gave my name and mentioned I was waiting, he hung up on me. About 30 seconds later, he sent me a text saying he would “send a guy,” but when I followed up with two more messages asking when that person would arrive, I got no response at all. I drove 45 minutes early this morning to be on time and make sure I was at the property, only to be stood up and ignored. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
Did a great job! Very prompt and professional. Will definitely use his services for any future needs.
Edgar has done a handful of projects for my company. Best decision I made! His work quality has been above our expectations. He is flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely detailed and creative. He will get the job done in the time frame you need, every time. The pricing is reasonable, and in my opinion top of the line results! Edgar and his crew work together very well and believe in the job being done right! I have and will continue to recommend him to any friends, family & colleagues. Espinoza Construction is our "GO TO", "FIRST PICK" company when in need! Never to be disappointed! Thank you, Edgar and co. You have forever made my job easier!
Espinoza Construction did a GREAT job of installing new hardwood floors in our kitchen, dining room and living room. Their commitment to craftmanship, finishing the job in a timely manner and cleaning up afterwards was amazing ! We will be using Edgar and his team for more home improvement projects.
good at work but need remain true professional on contract terms
Edgar was responsive, professional, and did high-quality work. He returned to take care of some aesthetic details when I asked.
Edgar responded to my project shortly after my inquiry. He showed up on time and assessed the damage to my skylights sealant. He walked me through the problem, what needed to be done to resolve it, and some additional concerns about the roof. He completed the job quickly and went above and beyond in patching issues on the roof. I have already spoken to him about some potential future work. I look forward to working with him again soon!
Quick response: here within 1 hour of contact. The work was completed quickly and well.
