Managed print services on most major brands of laser & thermal printers and copiers. Printer maintenance contracts are simple & straightforward with one low, flat monthly rates. I ONLY SERVICE LASER AND THERMAL PRINTERS AND COPIERS. NO INKJETS, SUBLIMATION, OR 3D PRINTERS. Labor rate $109/hour with a 1 hour minimum within Grayson, Collin, and Fannin Counties and Bryan County Oklahoma. Outside of these areas, it's a 1.5 hour minimum. I give discounts to churches, ministries, and other non-profits. Also to veteran and first-responder owned businesses. Senior citizen discounts also available.

We are still waiting on the second part the printer needs but he keeps me updated on the status and will be back out as soon as it is in.

He came to office and tested machine. Ordered part and came back and completed the job. He knew what he was doing and fixed the machine.
Turns out the printer is unrepairable
He was not able to fix my copier concern. Two attempts and over $400 later. I gave him a star because I know he tried. Other company he referred me too has not respond either to my latest text either.
Was friendly and got our main office copier up and running.
