Jorge and his team did a wonderful job refurbishing my half bath. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. The wallpaper was a particular challenge. Romeo did an amazing job and has a great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Absolutly fantastic choice. We originally reached our to three contractors, they are the first one to respond. Quote us with honest, reasonable and knowledgeable suggestions. The works were always on time, treated our home like their own, and performed amazing work. We are already work on our next project with them. Look no further, these are the guys you want!
Overall a good experience. Needed basement redone (new floors, insulation, drywall, paint, and improved structure stability) after waterproofing that was done a few years prior and the work was completed in less than 2 weeks and done very well. Jorge is very responsive and takes the time to explain and was very open to rework or redo any of my minor issues. I had questions about everything and he was always patient and thorough. He is not only the leader but also has the skillset and was able to take care of some aesthetic issues I was anal about. Don't be upset or not happy about anything. Always speak up. They are there to do a good job and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Only challenges were little communication with people who come and do the work. I like to understand what is being completed during the day and sometimes they were confused about what was to be included in the work. (which seems to be the case when different teams work on different things). Also they just left without saying anything at the end of the day. This didn't allow me to ask questions about the work and to determine what was happening next. Ultimately Jorge as the project leads knows all so was able to keep me abreast of plans once I asked. Excellent job! I will be utilizing them for future reno projects!
This has been by far my worst construction experience of all time. I am 60 years old and have owned 7 different houses and done some level of renovation on all of them. After 9 months of trying to work with Essential Home improvement LLC, the firm abandoned the project leaving 2 of the 3 bathrooms unusable. Please reach out to me at ehiregrets@gmail.com for details of my experience.
They did a great job! Fast and efficient — I definitely recommend their services.
Jorge did a fantastic job remodeling our 3 bathrooms, our kitchen in record time (and even using the existing cabinets from the old kitchen for a new kitchen in the garage). He was a great project manager, flexible and accommodating. His different crews consist of very friendly people who are trustworthy and carefully clean up every day! I can highly recommend Essential Home Improvement.
Jorge is a dedicated business man, perfectionist and delight to work with. I highly recommend working with Essential Home Improvement. I have used them for a variety of projects big (masonry, built in grills) and small (installing dimmers) and have been 100% satisfied.
I asked for a quote or an estimate. He stated that he would provide it. Once I followed up to ask again, he said he would “try to” that night. I followed up a couple more times and have not heard anything from him. It is now 5 days later.
This company performed a total renovation on my salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They completed the project in just five days, whereas other companies had estimated it would take two weeks. Their teamwork and early start times were impressive. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work, and they have become my first choice for any future projects or repairs. Thank you, Jorge, for your professionalism and expertise. Marie
Very good service
Jorge helped us with the master bathroom and the family room. The work quality was beautiful. We chose Jorge over other companies because of the cost. It was reasonable. Jorge is easy to work with on these projects. There have been times he went out of his way to help. The workers were honest and easy to work with; primarily, the team worked in my family room. Overall, we are happy with the result. We will continue to work with Jorge on other projects in the future. Thank you, Jorge and your team!!! We appreciate all the work you have done.
