Communication with this company has been awful. They expect us to crate our dogs for hours on end and do not work with homes that work. We, like most people, work all day. So we asked to be serviced in the morning so we could let our dogs out at lunch instead of crating them all day. They don’t communicate what time they’ll be out. When we do get an “on the way,” we don’t see them for at least 2 hours. Last week, no one showed up and I got a text at 5pm that no one was coming. Our dogs were crated for 12 hours due to non communication and they are ok with the mistreatment of the animals. Instead of fixing the issue, they just wanted to cancel the service. I’m very disappointed with this company.

they sent a 20 year old tech out and he had no clue. all he could do is clean my pool. he didn't know how to reset my salt cell generator light that was flashing.
