I had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning company. The team was friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. They were polite, communicative, and treated our home with care. The results were excellent—our carpets look fresh and clean again. I really appreciated their attention to detail and courteous service. Highly recommend them!
Sharon is very friendly sweet and a hard worker if you need a housekeeper on a weekly basis or monthly basis Sharon is your girl she did a good job on the areas that she worked
They do such good work and they take their time and they are kind and good people
The employee was very friendly and he seemed to be very knowledgeable about his work. And he was very expedient..
Great job on my move out cleaning! On time, very thorough, nice people and reasonably priced for all the work they did. I had some stuff that needed getting out before they could finish cleaning and they went above and beyond to help me with that. I really appreciated their help and kindness. Would highly recommend.
Keith and Azayah We're right on time. They worked well together as a team and cleaned my whole house of carpet. I am very happy with their professionalism and quality. I would definitely hire them again and recommend anyone looking for a cleaning crew to hire them too
Professional, prompt, respectful, cleanly & quick!!! Will utilize services again😇
We asked multiple times over thumbtack, the phone, and text to make sure it would be a deep clean that included inside drawers, shelves, appliances. It seemed like they did a very basic cleaning. We were moving in so I couldn’t verify the cleaning job until I got there after they had left. They only cleaned one half bathroom and missed the other 2. I had them come back to redo the full bathroom that was missed (I didn’t see that they missed the other bathroom until later). Later we found that a lot of other spots were missed as well. I would have asked them to come back again, but based on the quality of service I decided against it.
Terrible carpet cleaning service. Rolled a heavy machine up my stairs and left dents in the wood. Banged their vacuum around everywhere upstairs and left marks on my baseboards. And the biggest problem is, after they left, I waited for the carpet to dry and tried to vacuum again just to see the progress, and…. I started with my master bedroom. There was so much sand (yes, SAND) in there that I didn’t even get to the other side of the bedroom. I just kept filling my load and trying again. All in all, I’d say I picked up 1-2 gallons of sand from half the bedroom before giving up. I’m guessing their super old machine was leaking sand into my carpets or something. Will bite the bullet and go hire out a more reputable company to clean my carpets for me again. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
