He was an absolute gem to work for. Was very punctual and getting back to me by texting. He set up the next day set a time and he arrived in that time.. He explained what he’s doing and he fixed the problem within an hour. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again.
Unreliable and unresponsive. I would not recommend. I contacted him about a job and made it clear from the beginning that my ceilings were over 14 feet high. He acknowledged this and stated that he would bring the appropriate ladder. After I rearranged my schedule for the appointment, he arrived without the necessary equipment. While disappointing, I understood that mistakes happen. He apologized, said he would obtain the proper ladder, and promised to reschedule. Unfortunately, he never followed through. Multiple messages and attempts to reach him went unanswered. The lack of communication, reliability, and professionalism was extremely frustrating. After I had already rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment, the entire experience ended up being a complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience warrants it. I hired Eugene to replace a 4 ft fluorescent closet light with an LED fixture and to replace a front porch light. Both were fairly straightforward jobs, but neither was completed properly. For the closet light, the fixture works but the installation was sloppy. One side of the cover is loose, and the wiring and wire caps were left visible instead of being properly tucked inside the fixture. For the porch light, the issue is more serious. The fixture was installed, but the light does not work. I was told the wiring was only producing around 35V and was advised to purchase a special bulb instead of the issue being resolved. The light remains non-functional. I also followed up afterward and did not receive a response. At the end of the day, I paid $150 and still have a porch light that doesn’t work and a closet light that was not installed cleanly. I’ll give two stars because Eugene was polite, but I can’t recommend the service based on this experience.

We were very impressed with every aspect of the job Eugene did for us. Even though we hired him for one job, when asked if he could do a few more while at our house he did. His work ethic is very good and he did each job to perfection. We plan to hire him again when we are in need of someone.
Eugene was excellent. He hung a porch swing for me. The project turned out be a bit more complicated than expected. He handled it in stride. He proactively communicated with me, had fair pricing, and did a great job. I highly recommend him.
Eugene replaced a vanity and tile in my guest bath with a smaller vanity and laminate hardwood. He does very good work. The baseboards were neat and the mirror is well-placed. Excellent!
Charge $120 to hang a shower curtain that’ll take all of 15-20 minutes. And your hourly rate is list as $60.
Eugene responded immediately and came that day! He hung a 65 inch tv and sound bar on our back porch. Would definitely recommend
