I am a passionate researcher of the human mind, relationships and different methodologies that help me to help you and better understand how our conscious and subconscious mind works. I am a certified life coach and hypnotherapist. In hypnosis I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), the gold standard in therapy developed by Marisa Peer, a uniquely tailored methodology of psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, neuroscience, NLP, CBT, parts therapy and Gestalt psychology, in combination with transformational coaching, the majority of issues are resolved after only 1-3 sessions. This creates a powerful emotional release and stops the ‘Groundhog’ day of repeated painful patterns. Coaching can then address the conscious understanding and new liberated desires you have enabled. To re-imagine and realize how life can look and feel and then to create a blueprint to get you there. In my coaching sessions, I will not teach you, I will help you to learn and guide your mind to find solutions that are already there. I will expand your vision of new horizons and prospects. Your brain is designed for survival and preservation. It creates negative stories that don’t serve you in your professional and personal relationships.It dictates sentences to you all day long that you may not be aware of.
