It was wonderful to receive communication from John when he needed to update his ETA. I wasn't left wondering where he was. When he got here, he explained what he was doing as he worked and mentioned the various options I had.

Had a problem with my cpu cooler and new cpu i had just gotten and ended up finding many things wrong with my computer from screws missing to outdated bios and motherboard and even went and got me a new motherboard this guy is very easy to talk to and work with very nice and professional and always values the customer very great service
I had a jammed paper problem with my HP Printer. I tried to fix it. That didn't work. Online, I found Evergreen Teck Solutions. I called them and John came out the same day. Thank goodness! With John's special skills, he fixed the problem 100%. Together we figured out what caused the problem. I definitely would call John again to come out and fix another unusable printer problem. Especially, before I bought a new HP Printer for replacement. John has the skills and answers.
