This gentleman Vince, He was not only professional with his work but he did an excellent job. I requested a sofa and love seat cleaning and after I just threw the question up in the air about how much he would do my 11 stairs for because they were DIRTY. He right away said he could do it right now for an extra $25. Cheap and reasonable. He is a good guy and good with pets. Thanks again Vince!

Communicate. Respond to messages. Show up or contact when not going to meet the 2 hr window; showed up 5 hrs late and wanted to still push it to later. I work at home, overpaid for the job and didnât have time to chit chat the entire time. Did not give me a receipt. The carpet was stretched and he said it could be better but that would make more work for him. I paid $300! Didnât even clean up, left that for me to do. I also moved ALL furniture out of the rooms. The spot in the carpet he dyed is better but not gone. Unfortunate for the price paid, 25-30 minute job, took longer due to talking and him talking on the phone during the job. Not the happiest customer.
Great guy. Came over within 24 hours to fix my carpet entry way to the bathroom. The carpet cleaners I used messed it up. Waited patiently for me to get home, repaired it, and comped it. 10 stars recommend.

Vin was great. From the minute I started asking if he could do the job he was on it and honest. My pets had done some pretty good damage and because of his work you canât even tell. I definitely recommend him!
This has been the most annoying and worst experience overall. I hired him for the job July 12th to fix a palm sized chunk of carpet. He pulled a slab from the closet and told me heâd find a match to replace it with. He asked me to pay him $150 the first day before the job was completed and I did. BIG MISTAKE! I let him know I was moving within a month but there was zero sense of urgency on his part to even remotely come close to finishing the job. For an entire month I as the customer, was contacting him to figure out when things would get done when he shouldâve been keeping me up to date. I had to keep texting him to figure out what time he would be coming and there was such a lack of communication that I thought I had already gotten scammed and Iâm down a good chunk of change. If I wouldnât of kept pressuring him to finish the job before I moved he probably wouldâve never even bothered showing up or messaging me back. Now here we are Aug 12th, two days before I move, he shows up and installs this piece of carpet that is nowhere even remotely near the carpet in my home and I have to hire yet another person to clean up his mess. I asked for a partial refund and got a complete run around basically refusing to give me some of my money back. This entire process was a complete joke and it just goes to show you very few people have integrity nowadays and just because a person seems nice doesnât mean theyâre trustworthy. NEVER pay anybody a dime until the job is 100% complete or youâll just end up going through this!

I had a very tough stain on my carpet that wasn't coming out using the traditional methods, and the EverLush team was so successful in removing the stain that now my carpet looks like new. They did an excellent job and were very professional, reasonably priced, punctual and went the extra mile beyond what was expected.
