After the technician finished replacing our front door lock and deadbolt which had malfunctioned, he gave me a bill for $363 and I paid him. Later on my wife saw them and hated them as they were not at all similar in style or color to the lockset that was replaced. Not knowing how to solve the problem, I just went to the Amazon site and ordered a new lock and deadbolt set that was similar to the one that was just replaced. It will be here tomorrow and the price, at about $40 is well under the $225 this company charged me for the set they installed I feel like I just got srewed though I know that I share the blame as I did not investigate costs or product specs before I told him to go ahead. Buyer beware! I will be more careful in the future. I will not be calling this company again.
