Brad saved my old laptop and I’m thrilled because I really didn’t want to have to get a new one! I also appreciate how he answered all my questions and got the work done quickly!
Brad had some good ideas - we had a buffering issue with our tv - he made some changes which improved the problem but didn't eradicate it. He spent no more than an hour at our home; I asked for an invoice twice before he left and he wanted to wait until we saw if it worked. A week later I got an invoice for $470. which I think is high and on the invoice he indicated it was 'late'.
