Evoke did a wonderful job developing the perfect evening for my wife's birthday. Geoff was open to hear exactly what we were looking for both in terms of food and evening flow. During the event the food was great but Geoff and team were incredible hosts. I would recommend them to anyone and if I do something like this again, they would be our first point of contact.

Geoffrey was wonderful in so many ways! We hired him as an anniversary gift and he put us through a cooking lesson and made us an incredible dinner. He was personable, helpful, and interactive throughout. We learned how to prepare duck from start to finish in multiple forms, he taught us some very useful knife skills, and he was eager to answer any cooking-related questions we had. We cooked a shaved brussel salad, duck, a rice/duck/corn dish, and finished off with a sticky toffee pudding. It was incredible and we are excited about all the leftovers! A+, would recommend!

Chef Geoffrey is the real deal. After our prior griller cancelled on us last minute for the 4th of July weekend, and when we were planning to host 40 people over two days, Chef came through and did not disappoint. He cooked dozens of burgers, dogs, and sausages, 20 lbs of chicken, and was ready and willing to be hands for whatever job was needed. Would definitely hire again for outdoor grilling and for thoughtfully curated dinner parties. Thank you, Chef!

I hired Geoffrey to cook a 5 course dinner for my mom and I as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. Geoffrey tailored the menu to her likes and dislikes and accommodated me being pescatarian without sacrificing a meat dish for my mom. Each course was incredibly delicious, seasonal, and balanced. They also were beautiful! His plating is why I booked with him in the first place, and I think added to the special meal. Geoffrey was friendly, professional, and great to work with from start to finish. I’d absolutely hire him again for any other special occasion.
